Questions and answers

Can the survey be carried out in several languages?

In each edition, two languages are included for conducting the survey. These can be selected individually from the languages German, English, French and Italian. Conducting the survey in more than two languages and in other languages not mentioned here is possible at any time. Please contact us for a customised offer based on your needs.

What does the "Conference Version" of the results presentation include?

Our Great Sales Force experts present an Executive Summary (extract of the most important core results of the survey including the first possible areas for action) within the framework of an internal event and are available for questions from the participants. Contents and any key areas are agreed upon with the client in advance.

What is the results workshop "Management"?

Our Great Sales Force experts (2 consultants) discuss the results of the survey with you and your team in detail. Based on this, in conjunction with our consultants, you develop an action plan to realise the available potential for increased productivity.

The aim of the workshop is to develop the first concrete ideas and approaches (including potential “quick wins”) for future measures for improvements, prioritise the measures and draw up a first rough road map for implementation.

Duration: 1 day (2 consultants at workshop, including preparation and follow-up)

What do the 3 Power Workshops look like?

The top three measures derived from the results are discussed and worked on within the framework of three half-day Power Workshops with selected employees appropriate to the topics under discussion, in order to produce concrete measures for each topic and a rough road map for implementation.

What is created in the action plan?

Based on your survey results and the preceding results workshop, Great Sales Force designs a comprehensive action plan to realise your productivity enhancement potential. The findings are explored in detail in meetings and interviews with representatives of relevant departments, the areas for action are prioritised, measures are planned and best practice examples are presented.

What are additional sales / evaluation units?

In the Great Sales Force survey, you can create additional evaluation groups within your sales team and evaluate and analyse these separately.

This may be, for example, according to the regions of your sales team, different functions / priorities of the sales representatives or their length of service – tailored to your individual needs in each case.

If necessary, future sales structures can also be simulated “in the background”. Units in your company that are strongly involved in the sales process (e.g.: internal sales service, product managers, service technicians, etc.) can also be included in the survey.
