Our mission: To accompany companies on their journey from “Good to Great”

The company

We founded Great Sales Force with the aim of helping companies and organisations develop their sales teams from “Good to Great”. To this end, we offer workable, tried and tested tools and concepts. With the Great Sales Force Survey, we evaluate the growth potential for the sales force and unlock the central productivity factors. Together with our partner network, we support companies in implementing the measures, improving sales performance and thus realising the potential.

We work closely with international experts from business and science to offer the best solutions to our customers and partners. The goal is to scientifically substantiate the practical knowledge about sales and put this into practice.

The founders

Klaus Kümmel

Founder & Managing Partner

Klaus has a very sporty approach to most topics. This is probably because he played handball in his youth and this was his first great passion, which he also performed professionally. For this reason, he loves challenges and, in particular, to meet and successfully overcome such challenges as part of a team. Professionally, he worked for several years in the insurance industry in Austria and Switzerland. He has held various management functions in marketing, sales, corporate development and customer service. His vision is to develop the Great Sales Force into the leading product and service platform in areas relevant to sales. His daily mission is to accompany companies on their journey from “Good to Great” in sales.

Christoph Gelbmann

Founder & Partner

In terms of the positioning and development of organisations, the search for the “meaningful difference” is what motivates Christoph. To orchestrate companies as a whole and to convince and win over all stakeholders and interest groups in the long term is his credo. Hitherto, Christoph held management positions with a focus on sales and marketing, he has supported, built and directed companies on their entry into the Austrian market, and was also employed in international management and supervisory board positions. Family, sport and gardening are his private passions.

Norbert Künzl

Founder & Partner

Although he worked for an IT company for nearly 20 years, Norbert is the opposite of a typical IT man. He has had “sales genes” from birth and is at home in the world of (digital) marketing and CRM. Before serving as a business consultant and IT service provider, he was employed in various positions as a project manager, account manager, sales manager, managing director and business unit manager in an international CRM software company. Since the founding of Great Sales Force GmbH in June 2014, he has engaged with great enjoyment and energy. Privately, Norbert enjoys family life as well as skiing, rowing, tennis, biking, eating and drinking.
