Although he worked for an IT company for nearly 20 years, Norbert is the opposite of a typical IT man. He has had “sales genes” from birth and is at home in the world of (digital) marketing and CRM. Before serving as a business consultant and IT service provider, he was employed in various positions as a project manager, account manager, sales manager, managing director and business unit manager in an international CRM software company. Since the founding of Great Sales Force GmbH in June 2014, he has engaged with great enjoyment and energy. Privately, Norbert enjoys family life as well as skiing, rowing, tennis, biking, eating and drinking.
